XC TECHnology “XC TECH” is proud to announce that our Founder and Lead Advisor, Ben Wrightsman, has been elected to the Board of Directors of NAATBatt International, the leading trade association for advanced battery technology in North America. Ben was appointed alongside fellow industry leader Beth Gotthelf of Butzel Long during the NAATBatt 2026 Annual Conference in Tucson, Arizona.
This appointment further solidifies XC TECH’s position at the forefront of the advanced energy sector. As a seasoned proferssional of the industry with over 30 years of executive and technical leadership, Ben brings a wealth of experience in scaling high-tech manufacturing and advancing battery innovation to the Board.

In addition to his new role on the Board, Ben continues to drive industry progress through his leadership within NAATBatt’s working groups. He currently serves as:
- Co-Chair of the Manufacturing in North America Committee, focusing on scaling domestic production capabilities and attraction.
- Active Member of the Battery Safety, Workforce Development, and Recycling Committee’s, supporting education and training, critical performance and deployed safety, and the circular economy for battery materials.
